In recent months, the situation around Omicron Theta has been heating up. Despite the calm around the planet Pygar right now, it could be a wrong assumption, more like a calm before the storm hits. With the military training provided by your experts, we are accelerating the number of people ready to serve for Phoenix and Pygar stability, which I am grateful for.
At the same time, there are more pressing issues on Pygar that require your attention due to the nature of the case. The planet's recently appointed administrator, Jack Anderson, reports a truly frightening scale of some local groups and individuals retrieving alien artifacts. Given their numbers and the wide geography of the alien ruins, we need your help in disposing of all extraterrestrial structures and stopping all trade in artifacts, as human contact with alien technology never leads to anything good.
Furthermore, I believe the Order's command is also well informed of the constant raids on the colony and Corfu station by the Nomads' minions, as Mafdet was not sent to orbit Pygar by accident.
In that regard, I have a proposal that may interest you. We want to secure the situation on Pygar. Our analysts have concerns that the number of artifacts on the planet Pygar and the practical constant raids by ships of the Wild are somehow related, so we are ready to provide wide autonomy for the disposal of ancient super structures and everything that goes with them and are happy to provide you with the necessary infrastructure on the planet Pygar and Corfu station.
To summarize, we need to:
Scan and scout the planet for any abandoned extraterrestrial structures.
Dispose of them, depending on the location we can use planetary bombardment, as not all sectors of the planet are inhabited.
Subsequent onground training and arming of the local militia to repel possible Nomad or Corsair attacks.
Control the flow of artifacts.
I will not hide the fact that the Order's presence on the planet could also favorably affect the security of the Pygar. Despite all drastic events occurring in the Theta recently, other Zoner groups who have recently settled in Omicrons, or know the specifics of these locations only superficially, have made peace with the Corsairs and support their war machine. They don't know that all their demagoguery and freedom of choice is still where they came from. We have lived side by side with the Corsairs for decades and know that such groups live by the rules, whoever is strongest is right. And while I have no intention of drawing our allies blindly into this adventure, I want to tell you openly that the presence of Order's forces will significantly dampen the Corsairs' fervor for further expansion and greatly stabilize the situation.

Request for Black Fleet assistance
Greetings Mr. Burton,
Thank you for make the Overwatch aware of the situation in Theta. The Overwatch will of course be happy to assist our long standing allies. The question becomes that sort of assistance is Phoenix looking to receive? We have a few cruisers we could send your way easily enough, along with some transports to fulfill your needs on the ground. If your looking for heaver support, the Geb Class Battlecruiser Kusanagi has recently returned from its deep space mission, finished its maintenance, and is without standing orders at the moment. Or are you perhaps looking for the Overwatch's heaviest assets in support?

Subject: Omicron Theta escalation
Greetings, there captain Burton!
The Eclipse Vanguard has allowed the "Hades" brigade to travel towards Omicron Theta, it seems the situation in there is getting more tense than ever before. We have no clue, where all those Aliens have appeared in Omicron Theta, but we have received reports from cruiser Mafdet, that there are Rheinland snub vessels roaming around Planet Pygar, very aggressively engaging everything that exits from the planetary orbit or the nearby Zoner Installations.
It is quite strange and uncommon to see Rheinland vessels in the Omicron sectors, we have our suspisions, that there might be an infected Rheinland capital class ship in that region. Which is hiding from cruiser Mafdet's scanner range and what we must do is to locate the vessel and execute it on the spot. Otherwise, it'll very possibly endanger more innocent lives or stop our convoys with valuable resources from Planet Pygar like food, water and construction materials and we don't want none of that.
As of the situation on planet Pygar, before we do anything there, we must terminate the issue outside of the planet. Which worries me the most, since Omicron Theta is a known place for human male reproduction organ fighting grounds between the Corsairs, Outcasts and sometimes even the Core joins that laughable scuffle.
Our main question is, what kind of business does the Corsairs empire want from Planet Pygar ?
Thank you for your quick response to my message. For now, support in the form of a few cruiser sized vessels will suffice, but that may change in the near future. Unfortunately the Corsairs expansion is only increasing and demanding new conquests, they have demanded a signed surrender to them - which is unacceptable to us, we in no way want a repeat of the fate of our other assets - be it Pygar or Freeport 11.
In addition to strengthening our presence in Omicron Theta, we will be happy to provide you with the technical facilities to service your vessels on all our assets as a matter of priority, the administration on the ground has already been informed in advance.
Mr. Naxxan,
I absolutely agree with you about eliminating the threat from outside. As far as I know, the Hades group has indeed already established contact with our forces in Omicron Theta.
However, things are changing rapidly and the Corsairs at the moment may pose a threat on the level of Nomad acolytes. The Corsairs have obviously sensed an opportune moment and are trying to increase their presence in Omicron Theta while the local groups are busy with their own problems. While Freeport 9 under their control represents the least of the evils, the possibility of Pygar falling to their expansion represents not only a threat to local Zoners, but the involvement of yet another planet in artifact distribution that could lead to truly monstrous consequences for all of humanity, something we intend to intercept.
