XKR-151-D "Saboteur" Coalition Heavy Fighter

In a twist of irony, the D variant of series 151 is simply an Insurgent that was stripped down until a more favorable mass to thrust ratio was achieved. Faced with several lethal challenges upon the outbreak of serious hostilities with the Corsairs, the Coalition had to either adapt or die. Choosing the latter was most sensible, but not easily achieved. State officials refused to sanction alternative designs, insisting that the same philosophy behind up-gunning the Partisan be used. Tribulation eventually made way for progress, and the resultant Saboteur is nothing short of a remarkably efficient compliment to the Insurgent. Capable of being deployed in waves, or as part of an ambush on more strained fronts. The Coalition was at long last delivered a contender to the Centurion.
