Bug: Lol. Turbo Poltergeists thrusting at 300ms, Revenants shoot scorchers backwards while thrusting 300ms

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Go to RM encounter zone in Cologne
  
• Step 2 Select a Poltergeist
  
• Step 3 Wonder why you rarely see the crosshair in a snub when you're chasing it
  
• Step 4 Select a Revenant
  
• Step 5 Observe the same. Bonus points for chewing on a Backwards-shot scorcher.

As this hasn't had any comment on it, ill assume its still open.

An additional encounter has the same 300ms thrust speed NPC issue: The RM Energy Shield Barrage Encounter in Sigma-15. The revenants do not fire scorchers backwards though, they instead do that with SNACs. The Poltergeists are also speedy 300ms thrust NPCs.
