I offer my apologies. I've been away on personal business in the Edge Worlds and to be honest, completely neglected my inbox. I'm hoping you're able to help me with something.
I see the gifted registration isn't valid any more, so has the other Dr. Harlow received a refund for my failure to redeem this ticket? If not, I'd like to initiate a refund to him myself if that's something you can do still, please. We'll make up the celebration some other way.

While your well-wishes are deeply appreciated, I regret to say that it is unlikely that we can rely on Curacao in the future under these circumstances. My partner knows well that I'm often both quite busy and typically far away from House space and the Independent Worlds. Without any flexibility in our booking, it is likely too risky to make, and that is deeply regrettable. I'm sure you agree. We're both big fans of OSC merch sold on the ground. It's only just so rare we get the opportunity to go.
Is it more amenable to OSC customer service policy to receive equivalent value in company credit to the lost ticket, or to simply be able to reschedule for a penalty fee? To miss out on so much enjoyment with your company just because of tumultuous life circumstances wouldn't be desirable for either of us. Are you able to help?

We are sorry to inform you that the nature of the booking chosen by Dr. Levan Harlow was specified for the duration starting from Friday 00:00 until Sunday, 23:59:59, Curacao Planetary Time, based on our special Valentine's Day offer. The booking contract specifically defines this duration as a fundamental part of the offer. Due to this circumstance, a rescheduling is not possible.
A financial reimbursement for not attending is based on the booking contract not specified and therefore not available. It is most unfortunate and regrettable. The terms and conditions of the contract state a refund would exclusively been possible by in-time cancellation.
