My name is James Salworth, owner and administrator for Tijuana Freeport. For the time our station has been operational, I've neglected to establish contact with your administration out of a desire to not intrude on your operations around Planet Veracruz. Despite this lack of formal contact until now, our supply ships have occasionally encountered your own on their trips through Vespucci, and my captains have only ever had positive encounters.
As of late, however, these encounters have grown scarce, and even our defense ships have reported a concerning deterioration of the station's integrity. If I may ask, is this part of a downsizing procedure, or have issues arisen regarding the supply of the station itself? In the case of the latter, the Society has voiced an interest in providing for your station until such a time that your own supply situation has been safely alleviated.
