Incoming Transmission Liberty Navy, First Fleet
LIBERTY NAVY COMMUNICATIONS MESSAGE
Lieutenant Amelia Hale
TRANSMISSION SENT TO: Nebula Technologies
1. On 060400(Z)SEP835, a distress call from LSF Operative DIME|Tundra was put out. As the agent explained it, a Freelancer Base in Pennsylvania under the name Nebula Technologies was under attack by heavy Rogue and Outcast forces. While I launched my Upholder bomber from Norfolk shipyard to assist, a scan of the Liberty List of Approved Modular Bases revealed that your base is not an approved base within Liberty Space.
2. While I have no love of Rogues or Outcasts in Liberty space, this does put the whole situation in a legal grey area, as supplying or defending your base is against § 1.4 of the Laws of Liberty.
3. I highly recommend that, should you wish to receive protection from the Liberty Navy and continue to operate within Liberty Space, that you submit a base registration request in the License Requisition Center post-haste.
4. The point of contact for this communication is LT Amelia Hale at amelia.c.hale3943.nav@libertynavy.mil.

Thank you for your message to Nebula Technologies. We would like to inform you that we bought the installation from Starlight Industries, which is already licensed and paid for. We changed the name of the installation to Nebula Technologies. I attached to this transmission a copy of name-changing documents. Have a good day.

Good day.
I have been granted permission to deal with this peculiar case. Well done, Lieutenant.
Miss Tanaka. Your installation found itself in violation of the Liberty Code. The Government of Liberty has not received any documentation about the purchase of the mentioned installation. You have failed to hand in said paperwork for over a year now. In addition to that, Starlight Industries has also been found in violation of the Liberty Code in the past. Now that we are aware of the stations origin and the fact that this facility has had issues with illegal acts before, we will apply additional punishments.
Your illegal installation will be deconstructed and you shall be barred from re-apply for a base license for the same amount of time you have failed to provide the government with the necessary paperwork about the purchase. You can re-apply for a license in a years time.
Have a good day.

Good day.
After personal consideration, the dismantling of your installation is postponed. I would suggest to send a message to the Government providing all documentation to them. However, as we do have evidence about the installation being used for illegal actions before the purchase in addition to the failure of providing proper paperwork in a reasonable timeframe, minor fines might come your way. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Have a good day.
