so i made a character to be house Gallia.. but i get there and all the actual Gallia people attack me... and i cannot even dock with the neutral corporation bases because the trade lanes attack me... i have been to tons of other bases but cannot find any bribe so i can raise my rep with the navy or police???
Kill criminals until your rep rises with one of the groups. Make sure you see ships from EFL, Gallic Metal Services and IDF as sometimes they are easier to start with. Or find a player with a lawful rep and ask to do missions with them. [Syndic]Yolanda_Haymer or [Syndic]Adelei_Niska can help there if you catch them on.
Additionally, somewhere in the Lorriane system, near the burgandy jumphole, there's about 4-10 maquis cargo depos, destroying them is another way of getting your reputation up faster.

You can also contact any of GRN officers hanging around - I personally gladly help with setting rep for Gallic newbies:)
And, as ggngunner said, find the Maquis depots and shoot them up - they will fix most of the rep. Just head to Burgundy JH from north of the suns and these depots will appear on your map.
