Restored my account code but my ships are missing

back in April 2008 I printed out a copy of my MP Account ID using
"...\Freelancer\EXE\myflaccountid.hta"
so my account code cannot be incorrect

then I lost it :(
and a few days ago I found it, 13 months after I lost it,
I restored my ID and when I logged onto the server, all my ships were gone

I re-entered the code over and over and i also checked regedit.exe and the Install Key matches my account ID,

any help is welcome, I don't want to start role playing from scratch and rather start where I left off,
anything from checking if the account has been deleted or whatever,

so.... my battleships are gone, my traders are gone, my fighters and cruisers....

what a waste of 1.7 billion credits....

I cant see how it can get any worse than this :(

I was restarting my comp and my only two chars were on an account that seems to be missing one letter or number now that i try to restart fl.... haven't played for weeks because I have no chars
