Help with Vista

OK, i have a new Vista Laptop

With a lot of manual tweeking i managed to get FL disco working.

Only to find I cannot connect to the server.

I have BT Net Protect Plus antivirus protection and i've heard about all the Black List and white list stuff.

I really dont want to have to un-install it as i get it free from BT and it is good.

Is there anyway of bypassing it, and/or turning it off temperarilly while i play FL?

Help would be very much appreciated.

AVG is free as well and is also very good. The trick with AVG is in the install. Pick custom install and select the free bits only and leave the rest. There is a post from Tic somewhere on how to do it, try using the search function. I would but ive been drinking beer all day and am very drunk...hic...its not very often we get a few sunny days where i live so im making the most of it....hic....
