Unfortunately, you can't maintain a neutral rep to all lawful factions whilst remaining friendly to all pirates...as such, should you wish to haul cargo, you will be attacked at some point...would be nice to be able to survive NPC swarms (one of the reasons I don't fly one of these small powered transports)

The matter of where you fly your ship, and whether it's "correct" to do so, is another five-sided riddle entirely:
1) Are you neutral with the system's Guard?
2) Did you ask permission of the "owners" before entering, even if they're in a different system?
3) Do the owners even want you there in the first place?
4) Is it "politcally correct" to do so, just to save a little time to increase your bottom line?
5) Is Haiku actually a form of meditation and Pineal enhancement?
