In order to monitor the proper flow of registering and administering capital vessels reported to be aligned with our colors, we are asking both independent and dependent comrades to cooperate and comply with this registration channel.

Captains of Gunboats and Cruisers reported to be operating in our colors without submitting the proper licenses are subject to be intercepted, boarded on the spot and condemned with unlicensed technology robbery.

Born in 761, Captain Wisniewski is recognized with his successful academical background, as he was honored with a first place graduation from the military academy of Frankfurt in 789.

How he ended up with his current agenda is yet unknown, while some sources indicate that he may have played an integral part in the reincarnation of the Alster Union.

Reasons of the vessel's deployment: The recent increase in the activities of the group known as 'Wilde' around the supply lines being used by Unioners and the necessity to defend Pacifica against naval incursions.

Executive Department - The Executive Department is responsible for the command of the ship with the First Lieutenant (Executive Officer) having overall responsibility for the Department. The Executive Department has the overall responsibility for the medical, chaplaincy, physical training and spaceman-ship aspects of the ship. In addition discipline and routines in the ship are maintained by the Master At Arms and Leading Regulator.

Warfare Department - This department basically "fights" the ship and is the direct descendant of the Spaceman Branch which manned the guns in earlier generations.

Marine Engineering Department - Runs the machinery of the ship ie. the main propulsion units that drive the vessel, the electrical power supplies and all of the ancillary machinery required.

Weapons Engineering Department - Responsible for the efficient functioning of all of the ship's highly complex sensors and weapons.

Supply Department and Logistics Department - Responsible for the logistic arrangements in the ship ie. catering, spares for all of the weapons, general stores, sensors and machinery spares and for all pay and accounting matters.

The installations of a TL-4a "Light Mortar" Antimatter Cannon and Hessian Cruiser Missile Turret were scheduled before the expansion in order to provide some defensive capabilities against other capital vessels.

Planned Expansions (Equipment or Vessel-wise): Our council have tasked me with planning to replace Duisburg with a RH-GM482 "Vidar" Red Hessian Cruiser in less than a month if negotiations with Red Hessians end positively. The required installations of additional 3 RH-CT115 "Rote Flamme" Red Hessian Cruiser Turrets will take place if the deal goes through.

Due to the successful negotiations with RHA executed on secure channels, the scheduled expansion to RH-GM482 "Vidar" Red Hessian Cruiser has been completed. In addition, the installation of 3 Solaris Turrets have been engineered in order to establish anti-bomber defensive capabilities.

Navigational / Interstellar data (List of star systems, regions the vessel is to be spotted in & Reasons): Since Duisburgs primary mission is guarding the Unioner supply routes, it is to be frequently spotted around Omega-11, Stuttgart, Saar, Duesseldorf, Hudson and Bering. Should an exceptional matter arise, Duisburg could be spotted within the other areas of Rheinland in order to protect our comrades or ambush undefended military convoys.

Future goals: Our main future goal is ensuring the safety of Unioner bases and supply routes against any kind of hostile breach.
