Mining Lasers

The mining lasers indeed do seem to add to the bonus, without requiring the ship.

1. 1) The Mining Ship provides an 80% yield bonus.
   
2. 1.5) The ALG mover/CSV/Collector yield 20%.
   
3. 2) The Mining Laser yields an additional 20%
   
4. 3) The proper ID and TAG provide 15% each.

Not what I heard from Cannon, as I had inquired about the CSF (combat service freighter) getting a mining bonus for scrap collection, and learned that my Mining laser didn't increase yields as the CSF didn't have the scrap mining bonus.

This may have changed though since then though (likely, as the system is FLhook based and can be modified easily).

Edit: You can test this out in game by using normal turrets for 50 rocks then mining laser for 50 rocks, and compare the yields you get. Sure, it's not the best testing available and not very conclusive, but for ships like the Combat Service Freighter no clear difference (+20%) is seen in the yields.
