Hereby i try to contact you to request a permission.
Not long ago, my voyages between the stars lead me into the Orkney system. There i found this base of former french, all information agencies across Sirius are talking about and have spread news of the discovery of a further hidden colony.
I'm a curious wanderer and this colony catched my attention. Problem is, i'm a Corsair trader of exotic goods and its already hard to pass by all the odds, when moving into northern Sirius. It was a rough ride to get to Orkney and back alive.
From time to time i bring artifacts to your islay base and in the second run my very good scanners picked signals of a BPA patrol and had to fly a huge circle to avoid closer contact. Suddenly i stumbled upon an unknown jumphole. Curious as i am i jumped through. On the other side my astro navigation equipment identified the system, Lewis. It didn't take long and a Gaian patrol showed up and ordered me to turn around immediately, so i left. Well, in Orkney i found another jumphole and telemetric datas were showing a connection to Lewis to. I saw a chance to bypass many odds, but from talks on Islay i got the information, that Lewis is a Gaian sanctuary and any intruders without permission get shot down, if they don't comply to leave.
Thats why i want to request a permission to use Lewis for transit only. I don't want to interfere with your operations there and since i use a freighter for my business only, i'm not a threat.
Ofcourse, i don't expect to get a permission for free. If it is possible to get it, let me know about your conditions. From my side i can offer some credits, can make some smuggling runs for you or can deliver goods you need.
Oh, hello there. I noticed this light kept blinking. I guess I know what that means now, eh?
I'm not in a position to accept or deny such a proposal, but I will make sure the proper leadership types know of the communique. It's been a busy while, you see.
If you're bringing artifacts, though, try to look up Mr McFadden. He's been very interested in those lately and will surely pay well for them.
