After a few months away from Disco exploring some of the other mods for FL out there I decided to come back to Disco. Congrats to Igiss on the new version , stunning work mate. ONly problem now is I cant seem to dock in Ny anywhere. Tried all the planets and bases, As soon as I dock the game minimises and closes automatically. I cant even restart the game , it just repeats the process. Only fix so far has been has to delete the char in question and start a new one. So far this seems to happen only in NY. I have successfully explored mnay of the other main systems without any hiccups. I even tried the Usa Disco server and the same happens there. ANy suggestions?
This is a crash to desktop. It is usually caused by a faulty install. The first thing to try is to use restore backups in FLMM. After that re-download 4.85 v4 and re-install it into FLMM and re-activate it.
If this doesnt work you will have to uninstall then re-install all of Freelancer to fix the problem. Make sure you backup your account(s).

It seems that the data on my hard drive got corrupted. I reinstalled the game, Redownloaded the beta4 mod and activated it, it updated, etc etc... so far, it's working properly

Yeah, that doesn't mean it didnt get corrupted some other way. The only way to fix the problem is to fix the corruption, and the only way to do that for certain is to do a fresh install with a freshly downloaded copy of the mod.
