How about making an anti-lulboat fleet, made up entirely out of cap8 Dreadnoughts tagged [lulhaters] or something like that. Every decend RP member of the community gets one and everytime there appears such a lulfleet, we pound them back into the hole they came from:lol:

now on a serious note, I personally don't like flying through liberty with my traders, no matter how often you greet someone there, noone ever responds (apart from the occasional LN or LPI officer that is). I know there currently isn't much we can do about them, except to ignore them, but something definitely needs to change, as most new players who leave penny enter in New York, and get overwhelmed by the bad examples, which only results in more lulboats.

Personally i sometimes wait in penny with my Mastedont, and purchase a few newbies a transport on new york and take them with my on my run, and in the mean time, i explain them several things about RP and how the server works. I don't know if it helps allot, but i have seen a few of them every now and then and they seem to turn out OK

Hehe, I can't remember when was I last in NY ... It just does not happen. I get the same problems in O49 however... powermining going on in action, so things get a bit hairy...

I enjoy a peaceful life only playing my one char that is a trader so I draw a perimeter line right the way around liberty cause at every trade lane there is bound to be at least one pirate in one of those stupid lolboats.

New York isn't that bad any more when compared with some other systems. You just have to take whatever happens in stride and not allow yourself to get angry when you are ganked or killed.

Hmmm... Liberty factions RP-fail some too, it's not just pirates. An LSF set every fighter and cap in the whole system after me for having a hacker IFF and indy pirate ID even though I wasn't doing anything >.>

Stop abusing unlawfuls guys, there are more lulcaps in the LN than there are rogues. I respond whenever someone greets me, assuming they're not an LPI.

Seriously. We had a destroyer and 2 fighters. What does liberty send? A cruiser, a CARRIER, and about 7 other ships I didn't get time to scan. W.T.F.

One of these same lulcaps later tried to get all of new york locked down because apparently 1 pirate had managed to get under his skin (good for said pirate!).

And let's not forget the liberty gunboats and cruisers that love chasing priates into asteroid fields and nevulas where they should never be.

In short? Liberty lawfuls are definitely NOT better than unlawfuls. I have yet to come across one of yuor supposed unlawful lolcaps. Maybe if liberty didn't overkill every pirate they saw 5 to one you wouldn't see so many lolcaps?
