In RP, Bounty Hunters will do -anything- to get their bounty, they don't have "honor".
I think you're confusing OORP and RP.

There is no rule that prevents overkilling, it's just low on the players' part.

However, there IS a rule against swearing and flaming, and you broke it.
Accusing the admins of favoritism won't help your case.
