Bio: A former Liberty Navy officer, after an accident during a fight against Nomads in the Alaska System he lost an arm and leg. After receiving new bionic limbs, he was honorably discharged from the Navy. With his new lease on life, Twinkletoes started a trade route to make money to support himself. During one trip, he was attacked by numerous Red Hessians, but due to inhuman reflects he destroyed them all using a lone transport. Word spread of this, creating rumors that he may be a human that is able to suppress a nomad within him to use it's power. After this incident, he called in a favor from a friend still in the Navy Guard, Twinkletoes was granted access to the Virginia system so that he can purchase new armaments. He traded in his old transport for a high class bomber and put all of his savings into arming it to the teeth. Now, he serves as a Freelancer working mainly in Liberty, but sometimes extends into other areas. Many try to stay on his good side due to his overwhelming kill count. Liberty's government treats him especially well to keep him close to study him...
Twinkletoes' personal life is unknown. It has been suggested he is the husband of a female star as he doesn't like attention, and people knowing if he was would cause him to be out in the open. The fact that his real name isn't shown on any of his IDs suggests they were hacked by friends in high places.
