Transport turrets

Where are they sold? (Thinking Council/unlawful side). Couldn't find them on the base I bought the transport (which was kinda annoying...)

Edit: Ok, so, I found them eventually (not without going literally everywhere, mind you...), as such, I would like to make this a request to have both turrets and shields sold at the bases where you can actually buy the transports...

I'd like to make a similar request for gunboat turrets. There aren't any available for the Brigands, on Montbard or anywhere. Closest you can come is either equip them with Council turrets, when the LPR are extremely touchy about Council tech in Brigands hands, or head all the way down to Gran Canaria for Cerberus turrets which violates 7 different kinds of RP.
