EDIT: I don't mean the infocard, I mean the ship's bio we wrote to explain the Henry VIII's past and reasons for existing.

Nevertheless, the fact of the matter is that anybody who buys this ship is paying for the most expensive ship money can buy. Regardless of who it is, they must have as much money as a monarch, and therefore would be more than happy to shell out another billion credits to protect their investment.

Take away all the variety in gun and turret equipment and set every ship-loadout the same. And then:

Take away all differences in CDs, CMs, thrusters and scanners. And then:

Take away the free choice of ship at all, but implement an unremovable ID to each ship, so you have to be what ship you fly. And then:

Take away the sheer number of different ships which are for sale right now, all you need is the Eagle for a fighter, the Train for a Transport and two or three bigger warships as battleships. And then you get:

A really peaceful Sirius. A very quiet one. Very quiet.

Oh, I forgot: You were talking about only the first slice of all of this!
Well, why don't take the whole sausage at once?

As a Ketchup I would like to suggest we replace all those different names everybody has with generic numbers from 1 to 100.000, if you please.

I am sure, I would really love the red colour.
I forgot to add: I voted "NO"

While I disagree with the idea as well, your "argument" is nothing more than a slippery slope of ridiculous proportions.

And slippery slopes are logical fallacies.

And about the armour:
No, please no.

Not only would that make things more complex and nightmarish than before, it would make things worse than before. More rules that aren't exactly needed?
That's not what we need right now.

That's my piece right there.

Ah, it's not even an argument at all, is it? But that always happens whenever I write and had nothing to eat before. But what I wrote came out of my heart at that time. And I liked writing it.

Now I had something to eat and have to say: I don't really care if armor upgrades get dumped or not. But why bother altering them?

I would have no problem with someone training his fighting skills while someone else is trading like crazy for an armor-upgrade and both of them coming out of a fight equally afterwards.

So maybe your grudge in not finding an argument when there is none might be soothed a bit now.
