As a Zoner, I'm supposed to remain Neutral to all other factions, right?
What about if I decide to help some faction in a "stealth" way, like an spy/collaborator?
Something "extra-official" hardly detected, more a personal decision (I wouldn't join military activities neither open fire on other ships, but I could give money or send reports of enemy ship deployments through secure channels), would it be allowed?
Yes. But if the people find out expect to get shot at.
Your neutrality goes as far as you can keep it, and no farther- it is not a "get out of PvP free" card, so to speak, it is a careful balance between most factions. Watch your step and people won't take any special offense to you, but should you slip up, they are free to treat you appropriately.

Well what you said is completely on-RP... which spy would be treated good, specially from the faction he/she is spying? :-P
