Siege Cruiser main gun

I have a siege cruiser (LNS-Fury) on wich i have sold the main gun to try and test other weapon loadouts.
Now that i sense that the main gun might be the best thing this ship got i want to rebuy that. The liberty
main cruiser forward gun is not sold anywhere seperate so in order to get one you need to buy the whole
ship again. So i went to virgina and tried to buy a new exactly same cruiser just to get a main gun again.
when all equipment and such are in order it crashes out from the server when i try to fly out from the base with the new cruiser. When i logg in again i have the old cruiser with the strange weapons setting again and all money, and i am just outside the base right where i was before i docked to buy the cruiser i need to get the main gun back.

You cannot sell one ship, and buy exactly the same one, the software thinks you are cheating.
You have to sell the Cruiser for another ship, then buy the Cruiser with that one.

Are you sure it isn't sold anywhere? Check all the bases in Virginia, it may be somewhere. I can't check myself at the moment.

8 Mil, sold at a station in Virginia. Definately cheaper than to rebuy the ship, no?

Save money and try the Radford Station in Virginia. That's where the forward gun is sold.

Possibly the best cruiser in mod, btw.

Apparently we're the only two people that think that, Jon. I love the Liberty Cruiser though, despite only having seven turrets.
