We. the Planetformers have a Base there, its always the Place to sell the Wildlife there. And if you think you only see Planetform there youre wrong. I've seen:

- Rheinland and Liberty fighting
- Patrouling Rheinland Gunboats
- Xenos
- Rogues
- Smugglers
- Independent Traders

and much more. The system is actually safer than Bering, even with the Freeport. If you need to hide as Lawful, you are Welcome on Cold Bay below the Planet. I would, for trading save take the way around Bering through Hudson.

If no-one goes there, that makes it a perfectly good place to sneak through as a trader.

But then again, where traders are, pirates are. So, if the pirates come, the lawfuls will come. So when the lawfuls come, the system will become populated and make use of lawful protection. So the entire thing is moot.

Might as well just stay out altogether.
