CAnt[SPB] and NAG!R[SPB] are hearby warned due to a report posted on 1 August for :
6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.
3.3 All messages in chat must be in understandable English, unless the chat is private and both members know the language being used.

As you are new players this is only a warning this time. Any other player who had attacked as you did would be sanctioned harshly. This is a role-play server and you are required to role play before attacking other players.
When asking in system chat "are there any Russians here?", please do so in English rather than Russian. There are many Russian players here but all system chat must be in English. Other languages are permitted in private chat.
