I would like to start this message by thanking you for debating my situation. I am very grateful that you didn't deem us an enemy and destroy us on the spot. Without Liberty, the Cassus would have been destroyed days ago.

Even though my vessel is under Liberty protection, I still have my worries about the possibility of an Outcast strike force destroying the Cassus. Staying in Ontario only makes us an easier target. We have already received cryptic messages and threats. The Outcasts are in fact looking for us and they seem keen on wanting this ship destroyed. I fear that puts Liberty in jeopardy of full scale war with a second faction. I do not desire to be the cause of that.

I am sorry to say this, but I might have to flee the system and Liberty entirely if this debate goes on for an extended amount of time. We need an answer, and we may need it soon. I fear for the lives of my crew more than myself. I urgently request that you come to a decision. If you will not grant us asylum, then we will leave without complaint or incident. I fear that asylum is not even a possibility. As Admiral Hale explained, Liberty has neither the resources nor funds to assist us. I understand this, but there was no harm in at least trying to beseech Liberty for safety. What ever your decision is, I shall accept it and the consequences that go with it.

After weeks of debate and negotiation within the high command of the Liberty Navy, it has been decided that the Cassus Belli Dreadnought-Class Outcast Warship can no longer be supported by the Libertonian Republic, and thus the protection clause is to be ceased immediately. The vessel will be towed out of the Fort Severn shipyards, and peacefully escorted out of Liberty space, into the adjacent borderworld systems. The Bretonian Empire might offer you shelter, however there is no official agreement on that. Negotiations beforehand are highly recommended.

Failure to comply with the terms above will result in severe consequences. As soon as the Cassus Belli will exit Liberty space, it will be treated as any other foreign warship, therefore a return isn't possible without a confrontation.
