I've been invaded by a very aggressive virus and my hole computer had to be erased :crazy:. The biggest problem now is that i can not log in with my previous characters because the ID code has changed. What can i do?!? I really need help guys, please! :(

I'd have answered sooner, but I was tired. To be blunt, no, the admins will most likely not come to your aid here. Why? Simply because restoring a player's accounts or characters is something that is often time-consuming, and ownership of an account ID is very nearly impossible to prove without room for doubt the vast majority of the time.
If I were you, I would send a PM to Cannon with the details of what happened as well as the names of the characters you know are on the account(s). It's worth a shot, but don't hold your breath. You might choke.
What would be great would be if you had a backup of the account ID somewhere, whether it's in a computer file (text, FAM file, whatever) or on paper, but if you don't you may need to start afresh. Sucks, I know, but sometimes there's just nothing else you can do.
