' Wrote:You're right, the ZTC members haven't made anymore mistakes than OSI members. The mistakes were made by the faction's respective leaders and I'm certain we can agree that the ZTC/Omicroner leadership made more. Both from a player and from a character perspective.
As a former leader of ZTC I'm curious as to what you think those mistakes were. I'd have no problem taking it to PMs but perhaps the public might be interested. You're welcome to create a different thread if you feel such a discussion would be inappropriate here. Maybe it would be pointless or maybe we'd learn something.
I'm not sure the mistakes I have in mind were from the time period where you were a leader. More so, the things I view as mistakes were from when Lou became leader in place of Burns and down the road when Jinx and n00blet became leaders within the Omicroners.
While I could go on about how I think some of the role play decisions that were made were utterly ridiculous and more fueled by out of role play hate for other players than anything else; I won't as role play is subjective.
The mistakes I think that are worth noting are things like what Lou and crew did very recently. Ala, disbanding the faction without the consent of many of the regular members. From what I can tell Moebus was completely caught off guard and I think he deserved far better than that.
Or that they at every turn tried to dictate Zoner role play to everyone else and that if we didn't do what they wanted or played Zoners how they wanted we were abusing the Zoner NPC faction; essentially their inability to accept that their way wasn't the only way.
As I said above, I don't think many of the mistakes I take issue with were from the time when you led. The ZTC of old was an enjoyable faction to play with and one that almost stole me from OSI at one point. What it became is what I see as the mistake.
