=CR=Tuareg[ISE] is hereby fined due to a report posted on Aug 17 for :
3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies. Fines will be levied according to the severity of the offence, and the number of times it has occurred.

Consequences :
Fined all credits and equipment.

Comments / Instructions :
Rule says don't use out-of-character chat in system chat - so don't do it. This is not the first time you have been sanctioned for this very thing.
