gen.Lufa has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 2nd sept 09 for:

6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

and

6.1 Every player must have an ID equipped on his or her ship. Players under level 40 might use Civilian IDs (basic IDs sold on every station), characters who reach level 40 must choose an NPC faction to ally and get the ID of this faction, or get a generic ID.
All ship and ID choices must be in accordance with current parameters at all times.

Consequences: Fined all guns and credits. Moved back to the omicrons.

Notes: First of all, you don't attack people without roleplay. You just opened fire without roleplaying.

Second, I suggest you re-read the BH core ID, as you'll find you are somewhat restricted as to where you can go with it. The OMicrons and Omegas I beleive...
