Cepheus.. Oh wait, you seemed to have given your ship a bit of the 'ol Grand Theft Auto paint job. Pity you still have five stars... Let's see... Oh here you are!
Christine has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:
Quote:6.20 Attacking traders or demanding cargo is not allowed for cruisers and battleships, unless cruisers and battleship belong to Terrorist ID or Phantom ID owner.
Consequences: The first mate of the Cepheus looked over at his captain, a drooling droop lidded beast man with hair sprouting from unnatural places and utterly repulsive in every way, and asked: "Sir, are you -sure- we can trust these Junkers to swap out the IFF and give the 'ol girl a bit of a paint job without pulling a fast one?
"Of course!" Gurgled the slack jawed cretin from one of the many pus laden orfaces dotting his grotesquely shaped potatoe sack of a head. "What could possibly go wrong? Besides, Order high command would have my horribly mishapen head on a pike if they found out I was using this ship to blow up pirate transports who pirate my trader alts!"
And they all had a hearty laugh.
And the Junkers stripped your ship of all guns, credits, equipment and booze.
The end.
Moral: First, don't trust a Junker. Second, don't use your battleship as a revenge ship against pirates, especially if those pirates are in -transports-.
Third: Trying to -hide- what you did by moving, deleting or re-naming your stuff only makes us that much more livid as it wastes our time and makes it blatantly obvious that you just tried to pull a fast one because you mucked up.
i know it might not be the place, But i was there first hand and did see everything that happened.
What i want to ask is:
In a situation that a Transport gets killed (trader) there is not rule to allow him to return to that system yet its a known fact and no one would send a report for someone returning to trade through that same system.
What if the transport pirating.. and gets killed? can it go back? can it only go back to trade through? Because this unmarked gray area is something that can cause trouble.. Of course killing transport in your BS is just a pure joke that i found very amusing sitting half a k and seeing that mortar hit.. I was amazed to your resourcefulness
So back to the question, If a trader get killed in a system, Can he return (There is not rule but all and many does)? If it is still a transport ship can it return for something other than trading through that system he was killed in (say pirate, supply nanos, attack someone for the lolz)?
' Wrote:If someone is reported for breaking the rules, they will get sanctioned. However, violations reports not backed up with evidence cannot be processed.
The wrongdoing of players is not an excuse for other players to break the rules.
Here is the evidence:
I killed him before and got punished, he killed that unfortunate one minutes later.

Looks like just a kill message, where does it say you killed him prior to that?
Edit: and this is not the way to send a sanction report mister "you wont pirate me, I got a bigger ship at dock";)
Edit to Edit: If you still wondering who i was , I was that Corsair who tried to RP with you before you opened fire. I do not understand how you didnt see that what you are about to do is wrong.. Specially when i was yelling "DONT.. You are Wasting Resource" Guess the Order have loads of resources nowdays.. The junkers made their daily deliveries.
Ok, I admit I was wrong by not listening to you and I suffered the punishment, but I'm still learning.
The fact that you are a witness to the Junker's destruction and you see my screen-shot of the kill that he made just after we finished our little chat, makes my point stronger.
I don't see why we should escape the punishment.
