I'm completely in favor of boosting the Humpback.
If Zukeenee is correct about it's current stats, which I don't doubt, It definitely needs a stat boost or a price drop. Preferably a stat boost.

Character Stories/Backgrounds:
Cat o' Nine Anodyne (Character no longer exists.)
Delirium (Character no longer exists.)
Journal of Tarkis, the Orphan.(Character no longer exists.)
Story of Iggy, the Amazing Citizen. (Character no longer exists.)

' Wrote:So we've got Rheinland, with its rather powerful pirate NPCs, made more powerful by the Discovery mod.

Actually unlawfull NPCs in Rheinland are exactly same as in vanilla. Only change is added Military capship patrols and increased base firepower. But that's just nit-picking.

When Humpback had some stats changed during 4.85 betas to make it more powerful some rheinland factions/players started a thread arguing how perfect it was from vanilla and that new mkII "freighter" should be added instead (current Ragnar), so it was.

Kinda shows how fast things change one or the other way.

Well, not how things "change," I don't think. Just different opinions. If I had known about the situation with the Ragnar and the Humpback earlier, I would have been all for boosting the Humpback and ditching the Ragnar.

Even so, with my proposed stats, I think there's still a pretty big difference between the Humpback and the Ragnar.

In the variant with the CD, the maximum weapons class is still one class lower than the Ragnar (and there's a pretty big gap between class 8 and class 9 weapons right now). It's got a slightly smaller cargo space, but at the same time the ship itself is much smaller and, I would assume, a bit more maneuverable. The Humpback would also be the most heavily armored vanilla freighter, but it still wouldn't come close to the Ragnar's armor rating.

If we didn't add a CD, then there's the difference right there. Ragnar has a CD, Humpback doesn't. And we'd boost the weapons class to 9 to compensate for that.

So the Ragnar would be a big freighter with heavy defensive capabilities, but for a greater price, and the Humpback would be a standard corporation freighter, for a pretty regular price. I mean, I think it would work out just fine.

Since Brunhild is not around for it anymore:
"Change the Ragnars (RAT) lights!! They are green and look rather silly, give the RAT the same Yellow lights as all the other Rheinland ships!!"

Oh how i hate Johann for this, i would probatly never have noticed.
