Initial decision: Zoner GB is out of the game. So far I'm equally impressed by both Kusari Explorer and Spatial.
I think you should try the Zoner GB, it has neutrility for exploration (perfect), it is good looking (especially after recent update), it now has 6 turrets and agreed - the power/energy ain't great but its got amazing energy regeneration, really fast (probably the fastest energy regen I have seen) and its manuverability is insane, its as good as a bomber if not better in terms of movement and turning speed. Just get the right loadout for it, I got 2 Razors (or 1 pulse and 1 razor instead), and 4 zoner GB turrets, its really good. The 4 zoner turrets take the energy down slowly (like 2 minutes or so of firing to down energy) but when turning to face an enemy as your enemy never stays still and you never ought to either, it regens so fast so its ready for high power energy useage again. If you want, try both on Discovery Discovery server.
Are some of you not able to put a logical thought together?
A Zoner GB is NOT neutral. The Zoner flying it should be. Not everyone flying a Zonger GB is a Zoner, just because you use a Zoenr vessel doesn't afford you the neutrality of a Zoner. You could be a Zoner in a Spatial and still have this neutrality some of you think is such a good idea for exploring. Same with the Kusari Explorer I think.
Pick one of the two that was designed to explore. They would make better sense RPwise.
