Regarding the F1. We had a ISP issue which precluded returning to game, let alone posting. To be honest I totally spaced it. Anyone who has played with me knows I'll take a death. NOT a problem. I don't f1 out. That's totally not my form.
What I do have a problem with is watching Kyte get shafted for it. What I do have a problem with is watching her newest character get sucked dry (and I don't find that amusing at all). Not only has she worked hard at it... but she went out of her way, AS always to help people in game no matter which bird she's in. (I realize you guys have no way of knowing this) But still. Grrr.
So having fun in game is the goal. Following the rules is the goal. I can totally see where this would look bad. Not much I can do when my ISP takes a dump. Kyte doesn't care about the credits and neither do I. But I do feel bad that I appear to have WIMPED out in combat. THAT I do care about.
So. I am sorry on behalf of my ISP, for depriving another of a well earned kill. Am I upset? YOU BET! Is it going to end my world? Naw...
What do I want out of this whole deal?

Mordrom, if you took the time to message me, the owner of the LPI-Sentinel.101 you were fighting against, I may have not have sent this report in. Some people have even posted in the forum saying sorry about the disconnection, even if it wasn't on the day, these reports take time to process. I've asked for a report to be rescinded that I submitted once or twice, because I got an apology.
I ran a search looking for a post of you apologizing, and I cannot find one.
You must say, your ISP cutting you off the net at the exact moment you were at ~30% and me bearing down on you, then you F1'ing (alert on cloak) is a tad coincidental. Whether you wimped out or not, the timing is just too much against you with me.
I very rarely submit reports, but seeing a "Rick.Rolle" with a "Flamer" (literally flaming ship) tagging along with you, pushes the OORP button to me at the time. Just ran a search hoping for RP on them too, can't find any.
The timing, and the name was heavily against you. If what you say is true, you've got seriously horrible luck. But I stand by my report.

I have NO control over who decides to follow me. ( I didn't invite him) I was not involved in an RP with "Flamer". The only RP I had going on was with you. Let's get THAT one perfectly clear, Mate. Honestly, what the HECK does that have to do with my responsibility and the issue at hand? NOTHING.
The point of this thread was to inform my character of a sanction based upon a report. I have the right to speak in this thread. To say my piece. You also have the right to speak on it, as you were directly involved. However... you don't have the right to levy yet another charge of OORP against me in THIS thread. (as the above bold quote does imply) File another report if you feel THAT strongly about it, but puh lease can we avoid the projection of assumptions?
Fletcher... I'm not appealing the decision. My only point was that I would rather suffer a death than be thought of as a coward. That and watching kyte get nailed for something that I am responsible for. Nothing more. This issue has been discussed this privately with the admins as far as I'm concerned this issue is closed.
I have nothing but respect for you, Fletcher. I understand and support your decision. I can think of no other appropriate action but to take the time to tell you how very sorry I am once again. Beyond that I owe you a compete fight. That I do owe you.
