T's & T's_Reward have been sanctioned for the following:
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Quote:5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:
a) Engaging cruising engines;
b) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
c) Moving more than 10km from the fight.
Vessels acting as escorts for trade ships are exempt from cruise to catch up rules for purposes of:
a) Catching up to their transport/freighterner. I.E. breaking off an attack to rejoin their charge.
b) Re-entering a system which had previously been exited.
Quote:5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours.
Quote:6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by.
Consequences: So...let's see. Here's the list of your rule breakings.
Docking at a base you are not allowed to dock at (Zoner Guard ID denies you docking at lawful house bases)
OOC threats
Switching from your trader to your Outcast destroyer to enact revenge on a pirate that tried to pirate you
Repeatedly using cruise engines on your Outcast destroyer to catch up to the pirate gunboat that tried to pirate you
Having no roleplay whatsoever on either your trader or your destroyer.
I don't know about you, but I think I am going to beat you so hard that even your future grandchildren are going to be wincing from the bruises you sustain. As a result, you have gone from having four characters with more guns and equipment than a redneck NRA member to having four characters that contain less money than a meth addicted homeless guy. Congratulations, and feel free to bitch/whine/rant/rage/cry here.
