Cant Change my Avatar

Hey all need help with my Avatar image. It seems whenever i try and update my avatar to a new one, even when i have remove the old one, it go's back to the one i had before.

Just wondering if anyone has had this happen before and may have a solution??

Don't upload from your PC, go to imageshack or whatnot, upload it there, and use URL upload on your avatar settings.
