Meaning that the hostiles and ramped folks are no longer out and about in that system like they were before! *George continued to smile* You see, while me and some other folks were going about trading, we were constantly getting updates on the hostile status of that system. And my lord, the percentage of those silly Rogues and terrorists were decreasing! This means good news for us, oh yes indeed! *The man's smile turned into a wide grin and punched the air in excitement* So my lovely and I'm sure, well-dressed chaps, you give us the nod and Project Atka shall commence! This will be great! Our traders, fighters, and the terraformers are ready to go! *He grinned once more, and cheers were heard outside the room* Toodles!
