Loophole City... People were always doing that. There were less rules before and it was easier to get around them. Now it is just more obvious, we have better defined rules.

On the other hand... when justice comes... Spanish Inquisition, anyone?:P

Player wipe would be a part of the solution.

If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov
The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor

Excellent, Zepphos, you've given them ideas. Do you know how long it took me just to get my train where it is? Don't DO that.

It would have taken you much less if you wouldn't waste so much time spamming the forum.

Back on topic:

Player wipe won't solve it totally, it will be a temporary solution - until the capship whores get enough money.
3 death rule... what can I say?
Another thing to think of is 'faction capship whoring'...

But if you want to discuss capship whoring... make another thread. Or revive the old one, it's somewhere on the forum.

I also dislike the 3 death rule for fighters. Mostly because its obscure, and causes misunderstandings.

I think that it should be 3 deaths for every ship, or one.

Completely off-topic:

No, It took me the usual amount of time, which felt like too much, but was pobably about right, all said and told. My recurring Spammers Disorder is due to my LACK of server access. My Train hasn't been touched in a month (though hopefully that will soon change), and I pray it hasn't been deleted, because two hundred million credits is far too much moolah to waste. It's not MY FAULT I can't annoy others in-game-it's They Who Stole My Machine.

End OT Rant

Ah, oui, the liberty police...

Couldn't get a clean shot because of those NPCs, to make matters worse, someone called in a battleship patrol...

Was fun untill it ended

and i have few corrections...

Navy fighter wasn't killed...(or i didn't notice that)....

me and my fighter escort were attacked by liberty navy tagged GB and cruiser....their fighter was in light fighter and he left the battle and changed to another cruiser...huntress corsair tagged...

at some point in fight while FWolf attacked cruiser (on his own, with out any call from us..we attacked GB) that GB disappeared from radar and visual leaving console message: Departing.....

Fwolf took care of liberty cruiser in the mean time and left the area....

The battle Im refering to was another with Cathartic and another guy whose name I cant remember. That battle happened before the one against colossus where you and Bernadotte were present.

hmmm, this seems to be alot of hooo, about nutin. The fight ended in favor of Xeno-Ravian and Cathartic (Xeno sympathies, but not affiliated). The destroyer being present made no difference, plus was not involved, and we stated to all concern such. Also, I believe, the statement about 3 death rule was by SA-Milirick and it was meant in jest for it was a pre-planned engagement of 2 (us) v 3 (them) with particulars conducted over private channel.

Overall, just a misunderstanding by spectators:)
