[RB]-Alfred.Arnd has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 17/12/2009 for:

5.9 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.

Consequences: Fined all credits and guns.

Notes: We gave you three days to come to the forums to explain your disconnect during the fight, but you didn't. Regrettably that means you get fined. If you do legitimately disconnect in future take the time to get to the forums and post your apologies, it'll save you cash

Apologies for the late reply,

Firstly, I am quite sure i hadn't received a message/email regarding the player report,
(Not sure where i am supposed to look for it) My mistake if I'm not looking where i should be.

Secondly, Apologies to the players involved in the incident.

Thirdly, (Not sure if it makes a difference now,) I did reconnect seconds later after my disconnect,
(Caused by a trade bug) I re-entered the fight, (With Permission) Soon after jes asked us to give the corsairs
a break, seeing as how we'd killed so many already.

After my reconnect, I was contacted by another player who was involved in the incident, known as
Emilio.Ferucci*[TBH] , He/She told me that a player of theirs was planning to report me. We discussed the
situation and he/she agreed to vow for me if this situation occurred.

Apologies if this isn't needed due to the lack of time to reply. (Due to point 1)

I accept this fine, And apologize to any player/admin involved.

If you have proof of this re-connect and asking to return to the fray, this will be over-turned. The rules regarding disconnecting are clear, explain yourself and we let it go. By your account you did, if that can be proved I will be a deeply deeply unhappy rabbit.
