In the past, you have shot at my Pirate Transport, in Pennyslvania, that's okay for me, because I'm good at running.
These are the ships listed in their classes:
Frieghters <- Have less than 650 Cargo Transports <- Have over 650 Cargo Liners <- Carry the title of 'Liner' in their name
Remember to keep an eye out for these, you can press 'O' to Scan them, close up to verify their class. Or if they are between 4-10k select them and press 'F9' this will show the information tag at the top, with the ships name, and sometimes class.
Even if the ships of the above class are pirating, smuggling, or generally breaking the law, you cannot shoot.
Besides those few times I escaped, it was good fun. Just be wary of the ships class, and the rule regarding the circumstances in which you can engage them.
I'm hoping I can register as a witness, otherwise, sorry for the post.
The thing is Robby, on this Server you need a pretty good English. I know it is hard, but you should learn a bit more of that Language. It will not only help you in the game, as well for the Future. English is a growing language and already needed for hundreds of different Jobs.
If you improve in the English Language, then you will have more fun on the server and so will others and for the future, please listen to the people around you. If you would have done this yesterday it probably wouldnt have ended in a Sanction.

You simply can't take a warcruiser to shoot up some transports. It's really not logical both in-RP and OORP. In-RP, the Navy wouldn't spend the money required to send their massive ship with expensive maintenance costs to blow up a pair of tiny pirates, and OORP, it's much more logical to go take them down with a gunboat and/or a bomber, and that way, the transport can have at least a small fighting chance, even if it just has UAU8 and Type 3 transport turrets.
