MBP|Firstname.Lastname Bombers and fighters
MBP| (Mediterranean Town or City)- Freighters/Transports/Caps.
In brief:
The Border Patrol has always been here, in a way, though not like this. We take inspiration from those brave pilots who put their lies on the line every day, going in first, and falling in a blaze of glory.
They can rest easy, as we have taken up the torch.
We're about as close to insane as you can come. We thrive in overhwelming odds, go in first at every opportunity, and leave a blaze in our wake.
History:
The Maltese Border Patrol was formed from a small group of ex-pirates, either having lost interest or will in their profiteering endeavors. Over several years, the crack fighting force acted as a detterent to smugglers and invaders alike.
However, they didnt feel they were doing what they needed to. Despite their best efforts, most forces could still break through. All left, except for one: Arriman Dovali.
he worked alone for several years afterwards, usually supporting raidd or pirating operations. It was crushing dangerous work. He figure he would just die eventually.
That is, until he met Adalina.
She listened to his past, his escapades, enthralled in it. It was just what she was looking for.
She proposed that he shouldnt givev up, that he could be great again. After almost a year of thinking, he gave a reply:
"Yes"

Possible FAQs
Q: Only 3 members?
A: We're pretty much just satrting out. This is just a writeup, so people know who we are
Q: Dont other (larger) factions do similar patrols?
A: We're dedicated to this sort of operation. The only times we take a break is when there is an enemy incursion, or when we go in front of Malta for planning and/or recruitment
Q: Why not join the SOB or 101st?
A: No. No offense to them, but we're autonomous
Q: Ive never heard of you Connector. Are you really ready to lead a player group?
A: Well, this inutial group of players hasnt killed me yet, so i think Im doing fine
From what I've seen ingame you are definitely above average. Just one thing: If you ever think about becoming official I would ask you to reconsider you stance about working with the official factions. I think becoming a specialized wing of one of the existing factions would be best.
why? because the more factions are involved into the outcast government, the less it will work. And with constant bitching around in Alpha the outcasts will never get far enough to finally get those vagabonds in the houses under control.

I like the idea, but you guys still need a lot of work... improve your RP, dont spend time filling the channels with " going to X for patrol" , "Returning from X" "Docking in Malta for X", that could be annoying specially if there is a lot of conversations in Alpha.
And guess Ceoran is right, becoming a special department in a existing Maltese faction looks a better idea, look at Reapers and the SOB, they become so independant that the Reapers are not allied with the Outcasts anymore, and the SOB while still being Outcasts, the Commonwealth or the 101st have no jurisdicion over them.
// (And from what i saw you guys still need to learn a lot about OORP load out's and Characters, and interact with Intruders, not all reds on scanners are enemies)
Seriously there are "Indie" pilots that still do the RP for protectors of Malta a way better than you guys, and please dont take this as an insult, is just my vision from what i saw personally.

As leader of one of the factions in OC land, I actually like this. It does give us the oprotunity to free up pilots for other things knowing Malta is defended. I disagree with DeCruz on reporting " patrolling X, returning from patrolling X" in system as it shows rp & hopefully inspires newer players to the OC to do such, & it looks good to see RP in system. I would suggest working with leaders of OC factions as it would benefit all of us to be on the same page & assure good rp.
If you have skype add me ( theobnoxious1 ) will get you in contact with the leaders of OC land & work out some good rp for all of us.
Best of luck !
