i agree with the second sanction, is true. but i don't understand this point (3.3). That player that i engaged, I was not in group with him, i told him that he's a noob, true, because when i engaged him in the first time he used nanobots and batteries during the fight, that's why he killed me in the first place. This was happened on California System between Planet Mojave and New York Jump Gate.
My last spawn point was station Riverside, next to the Planet Mojave, so i toked the trade lane to the new york system to get my friend out of there, and to do that I engaged the player that destroyed me in the first place and my next direction was out of the system (California). So .. the decision is a little unfair. You toked a decision without to confirm what that player said. On the global chat I talk only english, i commited a mistake only once, because I selected the wrong chat, but this was long time ago and i talked with an admin that told me not to talk in other languages but english on the main chat. But in the group chat i`m free to talk in any language i want, besides of that, my friend Salmus, is Romanian too, so .. in a 2 members group we can talk into romanian language. I don't understand the 3.3 point and I expect a little explanation.
I hope you will reconsider the punishment.

translated your OOC Romanian, or I suspect you may be off the server.
