I do not know vhy you have yet to be promoted beyond zat rank. If I had been in charge from ze beginning, you vould be an Oberst by now. But, I am going vone step beyond that. You, Otto Hildebrandt, are now vone of ze three new Polizeidirektor's. Your responsibilities to ze Polizei just shot up, mein freund. Zat ist, if you vish to accept zis promotion?
