I really, really hope that the reason you didn't respond to me at all was because you don't speak English very well. It's certainly not appreciated when someone completely ignores the [Admin] talking to them, otherwise.
Anyway, you're in jail until you understand that you are NOT a freelancer mining for helium when you have a civilian ID and a transport. It was apparently all well and good until I told you what your ID was, and what your reps were, then you suddenly got REALLY quiet.
Post here with some vague understanding of our rules to be released.
