I would like to ask You for permission to dock on Your base in Baffin , The Pueblo Bonito in order to buy the Aquilion carrier. Pioneer Corporation has a need for such vessel and we would really appreciate if You would allow us to have one or max 2 in our fleet. For now there is a need of One such craft. As a member of ZUI I respect Your space and restrictions about docking on Your base in Baffin that's why I send you this request.

I have issued an order to the Pueblo Bonito yards, allowing Pioneer Corporation to take receipt of one Aquilon Colony vessel. As you already possess one of our fine Jinkusu-class vessels, I think we'll keep the order to one Aquilon for now, on a "trial" basis.
I think you're aware of all the caveats, Maximus: No use as a vessel-of-war; no daytrips or dawdling in House space; observe the local customs and seek all necessary permissions for passage, yada, yada..
