Consequences:
You can't kill a trader for refusing to stop. Fined all credits, guns, cargo and armour. Notification in hold.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
As a witnessing party to this event I would like to see the screenshots that the accuser submitted. I will PM the Admin in charge of this sanction report regarding the event.
Seems I saved the only proof I have in the wrong folder, aslong as this is the only proof, I could have sworn I took a screen about Mixxy firing at me..
Anyway, the actual story was that 2 traders arrived at the Freeport. I targeted Mixxy, who was turning around and trying to cruise away, and CDed him. i tried talking to him, with the last possible thing I could say without being shot was 'Right. Nowe'. So, anyway, I shot back. Logic right? Perhaps this isn't the most suitable evidence, but you know me in a bomber, right? I would never lose my shield against an unarmoured, 1-hit-killable transport without being suprised by it.
So, I would love to have the truth rammed out of this, and this bullcrap reverted. Thanks in advance for responding.

No that's not. Actually, these screens proof you had a fight and you lost your shield. You could fly very bad and lose your shield in a regular fight against a transport. Read your PMs on skype, there is only one remaining way to proof you acted in self defense rather than attacking, for that I will need your logs with timestamps as I heavily suggested to anyone.
If the time you took to kill him was low, that mean you were in self defence having just a SNAC to launch to kill him, since in piracy we still can hit the shields before asking credits/cargo. In addition, only a full burst of type 2 or two of type 3 turrets can put a shield down fast enough. But these weapons are way inaccurate against bomber crafts, even the heavy ones.
If it took long, here you have no excuse, you could fly in circle in the mean time and ask for a heavy amount of credits if not all the content of his hold.
When I leave in our rules of conducts some tools to use, that's for your own protection against these things.
On my side, you did nothing wrong, but that's not enough for the admins, you would not have been fined if it was.
