GRN Reputation Bug

I just created a character and GRN and GRP are hostile form the beginning... could you change it to neutral please? I want to create a Police or Navy character:

Name: Jean.Dupont

That's not really an issue, that's just how it is. You have to work for the reputation.

I had an character green with GRN already... but then I tried /restart Gallia and thought: Okay I can delete it till ive got enough money and time to create a real gallic. But now it dont works like it did before... If I knew that i cant do it again I wouldnt delete it


EDIT: And by the way if its wanted that GRN and GRP are hostile why the hell the transport factions are neutral?
