I am very suprised with this unpleasant sanction.This time you are wrong Mr.Cannon.That day I played a very little with this character(Moirae).The only fight I had with (think)BPA guys but then I was in group with Mr.Satoru.Takeda who is a member Kusari Naval Forces.He can confirm my words.The battle was the middle of the trade lane ,and I did not dock nowere durring the battle. If you want you you have possibility to check this.
If it is not about this ,I have no idea what it is about.

You were sanctioned because you broke the rules. And before you climb onto that high horse you seem to be trying to take, here's a clue for you:
The picture you posted has absolutely nothing to do with the sanction report that was filed against you. Your actions were not in the same sector of Sirius as where the picture was taken, and none of the people involved in the sanction report against you are in the picture you posted. Does that help you in getting over it? Learn the rules and fly properly.

QCP were setting up in Kyushu. Indy KNF came by, apparently the one you were sparring with either before or after the incident (don't care).
After quite a bit of chat between a trader we'd stopped and the QCP and the indy KNF, you spout off "engaging armed forces" (with horrible spelling errors) and open fire on a stationary target mid-RP.
I only reported you for 5.2, that being a horrid lack of RP and blatant PvP abuse (shooting a stationary pilot while he was talking? way to go!). The Admins decided that 6.10 was also in order.
You did wrong. Rationalizing it with something completely unrelated just shows that you did wrong. Swallow your pride, and get over it.

No, What really happened was two bombers were talking to the trader, who was NOT destroyed at that time, while two fighters were talking to the indy KNF that came up. You sidled your way in with nary a word, though I did get a quick scan of your ID and ship.
Then, the indy KNF and the merc (you) fired upon Fraser and myself, who were sitting still typing our RP. Fraser was destroyed roughly 13 seconds after your "engagement notice" was given (chattime is a wonderful thing) and I quick-cancelled the typing and bat/bot up and got moving.
Then, the other bomber decided to destroy the trader for non-compliance, and the remaining forces (now 3 (two bombers, 1 fighter) vs 2 fighters) commenced a bru-haha. You killed the Challenger, then noting that neither you nor the KNF had CDs, the other fighter and myself chose to break and retreat.

Now, I do apologize for offense if it was taken. When I see what to me is a hastily typed out engagement notice, I know exactly what the person was there for, and it wasn't roleplay. That is what I meant by that, not a dig on accent.
