Questions about the server rules

There are some thing that the rules sometimes dosen't explain well. So before I start breaking anything
I want an admin to clarify my questions.

1. If I'm a pirate and starts Pirating a trader and the trader decides not to pay back. So I will be forced to kill the trader for refusing. Then the trader respawns at the same system and continues doing the same trade run, still refusing to pay money, Am I allowed to kill him again?
(Seeing as it might be harrassment)

2. If a player chases me and I run to dock for example at corfu. To then switch characters whos also in the same system, to attack, back the enemy. Is this allowed?

3. When do you know you can't dock at certain areas? By that I mean, if you get caught at docking at the certain planet or station you will get fined.

4. If you crash when In-Game, and someone complains you for F-1 out. Does it still count as F-1 out?

5. What happens if you have a specific ID and a different Alignment. Example having an Outcast ID but its showing you are aligned with Corsairs? Do you get fined or anything punishable?

I need only an Admin's clarification. Even though I know some of you are veterans and know the rules by heart. I can't take any chances and get fined. To then say "Well he said I could do it!".

I'm not an admin, but i think i can help...

1. if you kill a trader on any particular route he is not supposed to continue using that route for that day. if he does.... SS.

2. Im not sure... but it seems along the same lines as swapping a trader for a combat char which is a no...

3. common sense. outcast cant dock at corsair base. if its an enemy base, you shouldnt dock.

4. usually very easy to tell the diff between an f1 and a crash. if a trader logs while being pirated, its very unlikely a crash.

5. try to fix it, it takes a little time but not that hard. i doubt you will be punished as long as you attempt to remedy it as quickly as you can.

1. I'm pretty sure he can keep on trucking on the same route but he can't attack you and you can't attack him. Nothing in the rules state you must leave a system.

2. No

3. Pirates can never dock at police planets and police can diffently not dock at pirate planets and you can't dock at bases you are enemeis with for your faction tag.

4. Come back in and you should be fine. Only f1'ers stay out.

5. Yes, warning first usually but your ID and tag need to make sense.

skyrim

most of the f1 is done by traders, if was a server failure and he is a good player he must pay the pirate (pirate in that case must not fire him again as he cant do the same trading route for a day or so), the price of the cargo in the system, more or less.

for example if i have a trader and a pirate is chasing me almost killed and the server crash, while im in sigma 13, i must pay the pirate, the price of the "niobium" at sigma 13 average price.

why? well in theory if a pirate kills a trader he can get the cargo and sell it at a good price.

if not system price something like a middle price (in case of niobium like 1050 per unit).

something like this encourages escort duties for mercs, or escort duties for faction brothers.

================

Big part of the problems we have with the rping is mostly for game itself, like the need to have a trader char to finance, combat chars, in theory a trader must trade, and use combat chars of others, making a trading company owning systems and so on (traders build economy empires, warriors build a warrior empires and so on).

and well not to say the problems of trading routes...the best are only a hand and mostly cambridge/corfu or kyushu/NB or cambridge/NB, and maybe a few more related to omicron systems.

omega49 (deuterium)/honshu (engine parts) its too long, others like Harris (prisioners)/hamburg are only 1 sided (and in this case loong too), or NY (boron)/LD 14 (leeds) one sided too....(one sided= you can trade with only one product and in one direction).

and well smugling is not a good business most of the time (most of the prices of smugler products are quite similar to normal ones and some like sync marijuana dont have good trading routes).
