Greetings gentlemen and ladies of the Zoner Alliance Committee I come to you on behalf of the ZoE. We have been discussing the future of the ZoE and have found and option that might benefit us and the whole of Zoners. As you may or may not know the primary home of majority of our personnel are from Freeport 10. To improve security of the Freeport and the morale of our people . We wish to move the Klondike to Freeport 10 and secure the NFZ as well as our peoples future. I will list the pros and cons of allowing to move and assist in the everyday monitoring and patrol of Freeport 10.
Quote:--Video Presentation openY/N--Y
--Actual Video Feed-- ---Pros--- - Security posted to protect NFZ, lightening the load of the ZDF. - Increased profit and activity to Freeport 10 station due to supporting a company of our size. - Increased morale thus higher production of our employees. - Aiding in development of an otherwise undeveloped and solitary Freeport. - ZoE will assist in relations with the Outcasts and IMG.
---Cons---
None to the Zoner Alliance - ZoE will increase security cost to defend a NFZ as they do not normally do such. - ZoE will incur initial costs of converting drones algorithms.
As you can see gentlemen the Pros out weight the Cons for both us and the Zoner Alliance. Thus I wish to request this move to support our brethren in the Zoner Alliance and our relations with our employees. I hope this business model will prove this more profitable than not for our people.
Greetings Mr Goldsteen, sorry for the delayed response but I've been on the Tydirium a lot as of late. Didn't get the message until I returned to Freeport 10. Its good to get away from all the politics of the Alliance from time to time. In regards to your move to Freeport 10, while I would love to have company on the station, the sheer number of employees that both OSI and ZoE have would cause the station to become very crowded and I am sure docking ques would becoming annoyingly long. Your move would indeed improve security as OSI only has a wing of security fighters, being a company that focuses on moving goods and all. I won't deny you use of the station as I don't own it, but I will say that it would probably cut into both OSI's and ZoE's profits.
Well after further communications between me and our accountants we see that yes this would be costly. Rather we will be discussing an alternative. We have decided it might be more cost effective to move the families and supplies to a location yet to be determined. We thank you for the response and I apologize for not relaying our finding of our accountants till now. We will be discussing a future move to a location large enough for the families and our business. Until then we will relay our companies thoughts on the ZA internal comm. channels. Hopefully between our companies we can find a solution for our employees and families that would be cost effective that will also solve our current employee low morale.

Greetings, Mr. Goldsteen,
As good a neighbor as you have been in the Baffin system, I can support your decision. You must do what is best for you. Even then you are still pretty much a neighbor since you are but a couple of jumps away. TAZ transports could even assist on an occasional or run if circumstance allows. I also know that the ZDF's 5th Foo Fighters are at FP10 quite often.
My only advise is to be careful as some of the Outcasts in the area often fly dreadnoughts. I will be sending a message to my good friend, Commander Matok, who is the ZDF Marshall in the Taus.
If and when you decide to move, I will arrange escort for you and finally.......*smiles*....don't be a stranger.
