This is regarding an altercation earlier tonight between myself, =LSF=James.T. , and a member of the LSF reserve, one SilverEagle; Gunboat captain.

The captain of the SilverEagle apparently witnessed a freelancer, one Alice.Fenreh, transporting a Liberty cruiser commander to Newark Station and assumed that Alice had managed to attack and destroy a Siege Cruiser. Now, it is highly unlikely that a single fighter could down a Siege Cruiser, under escort, with civilian weaponry. Moreover, we are all aware of the embarrassingly common occurrence of stray navy ships colliding with planetary atmospheres. With this in mind, I had every reason to believe that this freelancer, Alice, was telling the truth by claiming to have rescued the commander. After all, they delivered him safely to Newark.

Unfortunately, the captain of the SilverEagle was convinced that Alice had sold the commander to pirates, and was hell-bent on killing them. I and my wingmate arrived on-scene and attempted to diffuse the situation. However, SilverEagle refuse to supply evidence of any wrongdoing on Alice's part, and staunchly refused to heed warnings or obey orders, regardless of the fact that I outrank them in the Security Force.

After ignoring our final warning, Agent James and I, along with two helpful Bounty Hunters, attempted to disable the gunboat. SilverEagle's captain likewise returned fire and attempted to kill us all.

I would like it very much if this idiot were placed under disciplinary action, perhaps even stripped of rank, as they have clearly demonstrated they do not have the discipline to be commanding such a powerful vessel, and most definitely do not represent a positive image of the LSF.

Please deal with this matter quickly. I have attached the log of all communications during the incident, as well as a guncam image of the captain engaging me in combat, for your benefit. You will notice in the image that all my shield batteries have been used up courtesy of his missile spam.

Director Copperfield isn't available right now so this has been left in my office. If this is the same Silver that used to be in the Navy Secondary Fleet then I am not surprised at his actions one bit.
