Dear Charles,

It is with great relief do I write unto you this day thought belated by three months of my safe return to Planet New London after a rather unforetunate and rather scarey event to which I do not wish to participate in again of my kidnapping by the Liberty rogues. I felt it an inapropriate time to speak of this at my birthday to which you were present, how ever I speak to you of it now as I believe my safe return is owed to many person within our government and that of Liberty but it is of one man I write to you this day about who is lacking in reward to which is due of his actions. Fleet Admiral David Hale of the Liberty Navy has gone beyond the call of his duty and in person personally brought about my rescue and safe return to Bretonia. It was but one simple man whom has shown such great courage on the day of my safe return that I owe my life to. It is in my thoughts that he should be comended and rewarded in the highest rewards possible to be bestowed upon a citizen of another house. I personally request unto you that you may speak to Her gracious Majesty our Queen of this man's good deeds and that he is of the calibre to be knighted or enobled and lands be bestowed upon him. Such is my appreciation of such a single act of chivalry, of honour and of great courage to which he has shown in his great deed of preventing the loss of a Bretonian life. I would humbly ask this of you as another peer of our realm.

Upon other topics I would speak to you on current negotiations taking place in Cambridge regarding Rheinland to which it does indeed most interest me as to what progress and break throughs in our ever strenghening relationship between our two houses.

I would at the very last make known to you sir that all my current duties have been fulfilled and I feel that I do not serve the Queen best sitting idle for I am neither learning nor benifiting our fair realm. So I speak that I am ready and waiting to serve our realm and our queen you need but command me to my next assignment. Albeit it is preferent to not be one dealing with Liberty Rogues but I will go were I am sent though being forward at my party your talk of a possible position running the Embassy to Rheinland has gotten me very excited and I do feel I would greatly serve by being present there.

You are instructed to proceed at once on behalf of Her Majesty to New Berlin in the Royal Liner QCG|HMS-Albion[FCO], to be stationed permanently in New Berlin planetary orbit and become our new Embassy in Rheinland. There you shall present your credentials to His Excellency Chancellor Rheinhardt and, once accepted, you shall take over the management of the Bretonian Embassy and representation of the United Kingdom of Bretonia and of Her Majesty Queen Carina in Rheinland.

I graciously and humbly accept this appointment as Bretonian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Rheinland. I will bring honour for the Queen, our Kingdom, my family and yourself
and act in the best interests of Bretonia while representing the Queen abroad, to the best of my abilities and make you proud knowing that you made the right choice in your appointment of me.

I shall make preparations immediately to get underway and get in contact with Rheinland to organise an appropriate date. Would one think it appropriate for an honour guard of the armed forces to escort my person to planet New Berlin in light of events pertaining to my kidnapping by the Liberty rogues before my birthday.
